♥ Menses Cramp

Took a day leave from werk today....no not becoz of its the 1st day of Ramadhan but due to my menses cramp...Had hard time sitting and standing for too long...pinggang2 ku sakit sekali...

Ouh ya by the way,hereby i would like to wish all Muslims out there..

I guessed thats all for now...better take a rest...
